First Post

My first post on my personal blog. I have been considering creating a blog but hesitated for various reasons: I don't know much about blogging, what would I really use it for, who would read it, how public do I want to be, how often will I really post, etc. etc. I hope it will be a way to communicate with family & friends near and far, a place to share my experiences, a showcase of my artistic endeavors, and an inspiration / motivation to others to do the things that will make them more fulfilled.
